 Mini Eclairs ( all filled with creme patisserie and topped with either glace icing or Belgian chocolate)

Mini square sponge cakes covered in glace icing, fondant or meringue decorated accordingly either with fresh edible flowers, crystallised edible flowers or
handmade flowers made with icing

Flavours of sponge may be: Vanilla seed, lemon, coffee, orange blossom or chocolate
